When creating artworks, Ningjing Chen likes to apply bright colors to my artworks by dint of such techniques as collage, painting, sculpture, photography, and media. Moreover, she likes to pay attention to the life of people in fast-paced life for a long time. For those who live in such a message age, this kind of life is fast, diverse, and mixed. However, like many people, she lacks an understanding of these changes. In terms of experience and adaptation, efficiency and change, her creation may require more methods, knowledge, technology and theoretical support to understand and explore her desired mode of expression and creation.
As a creator, her has views on nature and animals. Her highly admire the philosopher Laozi’s attitude towards nature in the Spring and Autumn Period of China---the law of Taoism, that is, the law of everything should follow nature. Nevertheless, her feels that people's attitude towards nature has changed from the earliest awe to the current conquest. Now the relationship between man and nature makes her feel anxious and uneasy, thus she hopes that through her work, she will express thoughts on the current ecological environment, the living conditions of animals and plants, show human subjective observation and understanding of nature, and also call on people to rethink the relationship between nature and human beings.
